Got a news item, event or rally we should know about?

Each month WIMA QLD has a meeting, a day ride and an evening social event. These events are open to members and prospective members alike. Partners and friends are welcome to join rides and social events.

PINK RIBBON RIDE
WIMA Qld would like to thanks everyone who supported the sixth annual Pink Ribbon Ride 2007 for breast cancer research. It was held on Sunday 28th October, and after deliberation, the funds of approx. $8,000 will be dispersed between Dragons Abreast Australia, Kim Walters Choices Program and Cancer Council of Qld for breast cancer projects.

CHANGE OF VENUE
After 15 or so years of meeting at the Waterloo Hotel, we have a NEW VENUE. The Waterloo Hotel renovations have forced the move, but the NEW VENUE is great!

AVAILABLE COMMITTEE POSITIONS 2008
There are several vacant positions available on the committee. Being a motorcycling club, the most important of these vacant positions is that of RIDE COORDINATOR. If you are interested in this position, or any other, contact your State Rep Jen by email or on her mobile, 0400 219 502.
